Jan Frode co-founded Marina Group in 2025 and has extensive leadership experience from the retail and food industries. He is also the co-founder and former CEO of DLVRY, a food wholesale group built through a series of strategic acquisitions. Earlier, he served as CEO of Rema 1000 Franchise and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Morten Hofstad co-founded Marina Group in 2025 and brings extensive experience as the CEO and co-founder of one of Norway’s largest DSO’s. He also has investment and corporate finance experience from Aker, has served as CFO of an OSE- listed company and has broad M&A experience from a Nordic bank. Morten holds an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
